Shipping policy
We ship perennials only to the United States, excluding Hawaii. Please allow 1-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, to process your order, depending on temperatures. Processing times do not include shipping time. During peak season, shipments may have slight delays with the carrier beyond our control. If your order is not received within 10-14 business days, please check the tracking updates first and then contact your local carrier directly and provide the tracking # if you have additional delivery-related questions.
NOTE: If your order is returned, there will be an additional fee to have it reshipped back to you. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before placing your order.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS:
Unfortunately, we do not replace lost, or stolen items in transit. If an item is lost, stolen or damaged from the shipping company, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping company ie, UPS, or USPS respectively.
If you entered the wrong address or left out info from an address and your item has been shipped, you may have to pay for shipping twice. All address updates must be communicated to us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE or within 24 hours from the date of purchase.
SHIPPING TIME:
Your product will be ready to dispatch in between 1-10 business days. Once your order ships we do provide a tracking number.
Please note: the "ship by" date on your invoice is NOT equivalent to the actual "delivery" date.
- SHIP BY DATE: When your package leaves.
- DELIVERY DATE: When your package arrives to you.
DAMAGE EXCEPTIONS:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In case of damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours confirming receipt of delivery, and providing a clear photo showing the issue for a replacement or a refund.
Refunds are issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed.
